When you submit a quote request, we collect the information you provide directly: name, company or property management firm, phone number, email address, property address or ZIP code, property details (type, size, floor, elevator access), photos you choose to upload, desired completion date, and any notes you add. We do not require an account or password to request a quote.
We use this information to price your job, match it to an appropriate provider partner, schedule the work, and follow up with you about your request. We may also use aggregated, de-identified information to understand demand across service types and improve this site.
We share your submitted details with the specific independent provider partner assigned to your job, so they can quote and perform the work. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not share it with providers who are not directly involved in fulfilling your request.
Photos are used only to scope and price your specific job and are shared with your assigned provider for that purpose. We don't publish submitted photos publicly.
This site uses minimal, functional technologies necessary to make the pages and quote form work correctly. If we add analytics or advertising-related cookies in the future, this policy will be updated to disclose them before they're deployed, along with any choices available to you regarding their use.
We rely on third-party infrastructure to operate this site and process requests — for example, our web hosting provider and email delivery service. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy practices and don't have independent rights to use your information beyond what's needed to provide their service to us.
We take reasonable steps to protect information submitted through this site, including relying on our hosting provider's standard security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security of information submitted online. If we ever become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we'll notify affected individuals as required by applicable Minnesota and federal law.
This site's quote-request form does not collect payment or credit card information — pricing is confirmed and paid directly between you and the independent provider assigned to your job, under that provider's own payment process. We don't store or have access to any payment details you may share directly with a provider.
We retain quote-request information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill your request and maintain basic business records, and delete or de-identify it when it's no longer needed for those purposes.
We may analyze information across many requests in aggregate or de-identified form — for example, understanding which services are most requested, or general geographic demand patterns. This kind of analysis doesn't identify you individually and helps us decide where to focus provider recruitment and site improvements.
This site and our services are intended for property owners and managers in Minneapolis and the surrounding Twin Cities metro area. If you access this site from outside the United States, be aware that information you submit will be processed in the United States, under U.S. law.
This site and our services are intended for adults arranging property-related services and are not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
You can ask us to delete information you've submitted, correct inaccurate information, or stop contacting you about a request at any time using our contact form. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional statutory privacy rights; contact us and we'll do our best to address your request even where a specific law may not formally apply.
This site does not currently respond to browser "do-not-track" signals, as there is no industry-standard way to interpret them consistently. We don't use your browsing activity on this site for third-party advertising.
If we make material changes to how we collect or use information, we'll update the effective date on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
